Sewerage areas

We are obliged to designate sewerage areas and publish these areas on our website under regulation 38 of the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014.

Different charges apply to properties in each sewerage area:

• Fees and charges for residential property
• Fees and charges for non-residential or business properties

The maps below includes some ‘planned areas’. These are areas which are not currently provided with sewerage services by Water Corporation, but which could potentially be serviced in the future. The inclusion of these planned areas must not be interpreted as a commitment by Water Corporation to provide sewerage services to these areas in the future, and must not be relied upon.
