Removing an obstruction for meter renewal
We have previously visited your property to replace a meter, but we were unable to safely access it to complete the work.
Please indicate below whether or not you have cleared the obstruction to your meter in preparation for a meter renewal, or if you need to book a time to provide us with access to have your meter replaced. We require access in situations where you normally have a locked gate or a dog is occupying your property and preventing us from accessing the meter.
