We're postponing all non-essential planned work, including scheduled maintenance, in the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel and South West regions that would require customers' water to be turned off, as a result of the five-day lockdown.

We’ll reschedule these works for future dates, so that your local supply receives the ongoing maintenance it needs. If your property is affected by a cancellation, you’ll be notified of the change.

Essential maintenance in the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel and South West regions (including some areas of the Great Southern Region) that does NOT require customers' water to be switched off, will continue as planned.

All scheduled maintenance and associated planned outages are continuing in areas unaffected by the lockdown - North West, Mid West, Goldfields and Agricultural regions, and some areas of the Great Southern region.
